c. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

d. Personalised or customised or stitched items may not be eligible for exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part

b. Provide the order details, including the order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and the desired replacement item(s).

Return process :-

1. Goverdhan strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product(s) within 5 days of receiving the order.

2. Customers must contact our customer support team to initiate a return request. The request should include the order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence like photographs if the product is damaged or defective.

3. The returned product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Upon receiving the returned product(s), our quality control team will inspect them. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.

7. In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, customers will receive a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
