Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

2. To cancel an order, customers should contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide the order details.

3. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted. In such cases, customers can choose to return the product(s) once they receive them.

4. Any payments made for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. The refund amount may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account
